Our Background

Christina, our founder, is a seasoned entrepreneur and RN with a passion for senior care. A Baruch College graduate with a degree in entrepreneurship, she launched two successful social adult daycares right after graduation. Her hands-on experience includes roles at Cathay Daycare (2012-2015) and Happy Seniors Daycare (2016-2022), where she honed her skills in management, compliance, and participant-centered care.

Driven by a desire to better serve the senior community, Christina became a RN, gaining invaluable experience in nursing homes, rehab centers, home care agencies, and hospitals. She balanced full-time studies with running her businesses, bringing a unique blend of clinical knowledge and business acumen to the table.

Today, Christina dedicates her expertise to helping others open and manage adult daycares. She supports clients at every stage, from start-up guidance to compliance troubleshooting, offering services like participant-centered care planning, audits, contracting, walkthroughs, and training.
